Focused Lab
FOCUSED Lab offers various modules of study. Modules are designed with the full-time employee in mind and are mini-courses on specific concepts.
We begin with a needs analysis to identify and determine personal and/or organizational goals.Once we have our goals, then we can develop a plan for performance. Our plan can be designed with specific units of focus that are matched with the goals.
Dr. Medina earned his BA in elementary education with a minor in literacy from Adams State University. While at Adams State, he participated in Cross-country and Track and Field earning All-American, All-Conference, Academic All-Conference, and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Hall of Fame Honors. Dr. Medina earned his MA in Special Education: Mild and Moderate Needs from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Medina earned his Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University - Fort Collins. His specialization is Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Adult Teaching and Learning. Dr. Medina focuses on developing professionals and organizations who aspire to become high performing.
